Research Experience and Accomplishments:

Prof. Dr Xiangke WANG has published to date more than 190 refereed articles (including 10 invited reviews) in professional journals (such as Chem. Soc. Rev., Adv. Mater., Chem. Sci., ACS Nano, Chem.-Eur. J., Nanoscale, J. Mater. Chem., Geochim. Cosmochim. Acta, Environ. Sci. Technol., J. Phys. Chem. B, J. Phys. Chem. C, ACS Appl. Mater. Interf., Appl. Phys. Lett., Chem.-Asian J., Appl. Catal. B: Environ., Chem. Commun., Water Res., Polym. Chem., Dalton Trans., ChemPlusChem., Radiochim. Acta etc) and 2 books. His published papers have been cited more than 8500 times by other researchers and his H-index is 62 now. Additionally, he is the editor of “The Open Environmental Pollution & Toxicology Journal”, the editor of Energy & Power Engineering and the editor of “Global Journal of Environmental Science and Technology” etc. Dr Wang's research has focused on environmental fate of radionuclides, heavy metal ions and organic pollutants management, and treatment of wastewater by nanomaterials and natural clay minerals. His current research areas also include the application of plasma technique and nanomaterials in environmental pollution and air pollution cleanup. He is also the highly cited researcher in Environment area and Engineering area of 2002-2012 by Thomson Reuters in 2014. He is also the guest professor of King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia), Shizuoka University (Japan).
