Research Experience and Accomplishments:

Jianping Cao (M.D, Ph.D.) the professor of radiobiology, the director, School of Radiation Medicine & Protection, Medical College, Soochow University. the leader of Radiation Biology Center, School of Radiation Medicine & Protection. From 1995 to 2002, working as visiting researcher at Takasaki Radiation Research Establishment, National Institute of Radiological Science, Japan; GSF-National Research Center for Environment & Health, Germany; and University of Utah, USA, respectively. Prof. Jianping CAO is the discipline member of the State Council of China, the member of national nuclear and radiation emergency team, the china leader of radiation oncology group in FNCA (Forum of Nuclear Cooperation in Asia), etc. He has been devoted himself to the study of Radiosensitization of cancer cells, Mechanism and treatment of radiation-induced injuries, and radiation biological dosimeter. Under the support of 4 National Science Foundations of China etc, He has published 140 research papers in different journals including Scientific Reports, J. of Radiation Research, Tumor Biol., Free Radic Biol Med, Radiation Oncology, Oncology Reports, J Radiat Res. Cancer Science, etc.
