Addressing frontier scientific questions in radiation biology and aligning with major national needs, the center focuses on three primary research directions: Mechanisms and Protection of Radiation Injury, Precision Radiotherapy for Tumors, and Space Radiation Biology, with a sustained commitment to both basic and translational research. From 2024 to 2026, the center has undertaken over 20 national, provincial, and international collaborative projects, and has published more than 20 SCI-indexed papers in leading journals of the field, including PNAS, Red Journal, and Cancer Research.
