个人简历:
2004年本科毕业于四川大学,后保送至天津大学读研,于2010年获天津大学博士学位;曾在2008年于美国明尼苏达大学(University of Minnesota, Twin Cities)留学一年,在2010-2012年于中科院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生所从事博士后研究,2012年入职苏州大学。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国防纵向项目、江苏省自然科学基金社会发展项目等20余项,作为主要参与人参加国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。主要从事干细胞的辐射损伤修复作用、药物的结构设计和放射增敏机制、生物影像应用等研究,获国家发明专利二十余项,已在Nano Lett、Adv. Mater、ACS Nano、Biomaterials、Anal Chem等学术期刊发表SCI论文50余篇,论文总引用3000余次,多次荣获省部级科研奖励,并多次获苏州大学“教学先进个人”称号。
研究方向:
1. 外源刺激调控干细胞的辐射损伤救治作用
干细胞是一种具有自我更新和定向分化潜能的细胞,在辐射损伤救治领域具有广阔的应用前景。将柔性无机纳米纤维同壳聚糖溶液经过均质分散 冷冻干燥后制备出具有自展开性能的纳米纤维/壳聚糖三维柔性支架,可促进血管生成和骨质疏松性骨缺损修复;石墨烯支架可促进人间充质干细胞粘附和向成骨细胞分化,调控炎症反应,采用细菌纤维素纳米纤维增强泡沫状石墨烯材料的柔韧性,制备具有细菌纤维素疏密梯度结构的复合材料,做为皮肤敷料可用于放射性皮肤损伤等创伤修复;以细菌纤维素为模板,制备硫化铋杂化的细菌纤维素液相悬浮支架,诱导干细胞聚集成球培养,可促进放射性肺损伤的组织修复;干细胞支架材料在退行性疾病、辐射损伤救治等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力。
2. 多功能药物载体的结构设计和放射增敏机制
多功能纳米颗粒将各种功能集成到单一体系中,从而实现多种模式成像,提高疾病的诊断和治疗效果。将金纳米簇和吲哚菁绿(ICG)共同负载于聚合物纳米球,同时实现了对肿瘤细胞单光子/双光子/光声成像和光热治疗功能;设计合成了新型的钌多吡啶化合物,可同时实现肿瘤荧光成像和放射增敏治疗,放射敏感性机制可能与其结合DNA、经MAPK信号通路加重辐射诱导的DNA损伤有关;制备新型的铱荧光化合物,不仅可用于肿瘤放射增敏药物,还可负载于聚合物微球,用于干细胞体内追踪和损伤修复。多功能纳米材料为开发高效疾病诊断和治疗制剂提供了技术手段。
